Palouse Brand Wheat Berries are all incredibly versatile. The Hard White Wheat Berries are best used to mill into a whole wheat white bread flour, while the Soft White Wheat Berries can be milled into a multi-purpose flour for any sweeter baking needs. Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries have a much bolder flavor profile and can be milled into flour that is perfect for creating rich sourdoughs.
